Terms of service

Hatflow Agency is a software platform that combines the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) with a sales CRM: inbox, leads, pipeline, campaigns, automation, quotations and invoices. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta; we are not Meta and cannot control Meta's decisions, pricing, limits or outages.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep passwords safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the employees you invite.
• The account owner controls roles and access for employees.
• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's terms and all applicable laws. In particular:

• No spam. Message only people who have opted in to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
• No illegal, misleading, abusive, adult or restricted goods and services as listed in Meta's policies.
• No unofficial WhatsApp tools, scraping, or attempts to get around Meta's limits.
• No uploading malware, or trying to access other customers' data or break our security.

Meta may restrict or ban numbers that break its policies. We are not responsible for such actions by Meta.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in INR, plus GST. Prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations and messages separately from your plan. These charges are deducted from your prepaid wallet at the applicable rate card. Keep enough balance; campaigns stop when the wallet runs out. Wallet balance is not interest-bearing.

New companies get a free trial (currently 14 days) with plan limits. At the end of the trial, features are paused until you choose a paid plan. Trial data is kept for a limited time so you can continue where you left off.

You own the data you add. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and consent to message your customers.

You can cancel anytime from billing settings. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, breach of these terms or Meta's policies, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. After closure you can export your data for 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery, which depends on Meta and networks. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
